Estates and Resources Manager
 
W7: SCP 31 – 33 £26,539 - £28,127 per annum.
37 hours per week (Full Time)
Required as soon as possible
 
We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Estates and Resources Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that the Academy site and premises are managed to the highest standards of safety and security. The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of the health and safety issues of a large site and of managing and maintaining premises on a day to day basis.
 
The successful candidate will also have experience in managing the daily conflicting demands upon the site supervision and cleaning teams, ensuring that they meet deadlines and deliver a quality service to the highest standards.   Experience of staff training and working in an educational environment is desirable.
 
Your working week will be 37 hours. You will be required to work additional hours to meet the needs of the Academy. Compensatory time will be allocated for these additional hours outside of term time, by arrangement.
 
The closing date is noon on Monday 20th January 2014.  Interviews to be held on Thursday 23rd January 2014
